Vendor Setup

 

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGES IN PROCEDURES

 

All vendors MUST enter through the far west entrance off of West Agency Rd. You can follow the signs along both Gear Ave. and West Agency.

Should you arrive before the gate opens at 10:30 AM on Saturday morning you will need to line up along the west entrance road. Please ONLY use the right hand lane so we can keep the road open for emergency vehicles.

For those waiting in line our crew will come down the line and try to get you registered and your spot assigned, unless you have an annual spot, to save you time. All payments for the spots will be collected BEFORE you are admitted to the Market’s grounds.

At the time of payment each vendor will be given a certificate showing their assigned spot along with the market date and will be signed by the appropriate member of our staff. This certificate WILL need to be displayed at all times in your spot and be easily visible .

If you plan on selling you MUST enter through the west entrance. It doesn’t matter if it is 2 AM. All vendors wishing to setup need to be checked in by 8 AM the morning of the market. At 8 AM the west gate will be closed.
