Vendor Registration & Setup Step-by-Step

Pre-Registration

  • 1. Check Out Available Spaces

    Go to our map page and see which spots are available, click here!

  • 2. Reserve Your Spot

    Once you’ve found the spot you want, click on the yellow icon “click here to reserve” which will take you to the registration form and online payment page. IMPORTANT online registration ends at 10:00 PM the Friday before the market.

  • 3. Receive Online Confirmation

    Once your payment is processed you will receive an email confirmation that your spot is reserved. Prior to the market, you will receive a second email with a temporary spot permit.

  • 4. Arriving at the Market

    Vendor setup starts at 1:00 PM on Saturday of the market weekend. If you arrive prior to 1:00 PM you MUST wait in the northeast lot of the college off of Gear Avenue. NO ONE IS ALLOWED ON THE GROUND PRIOR TO 1:00 PM.

  • 5. Receiving Your Market Permit

    After 1:00 PM if you are an annual vendor you may proceed to your reserved spot and begin setting up your booth. If you reserved online you will need to stop by vendor registration located outside the concession stand and receive your actual vendor permit for that market.

  • 6. Setting Up Your Booth

    Once you have your permit proceed to your reserved spot, which is clearly marked with a red and white placard of your space number. Please make sure to only set up within the boundaries of your assigned spot (THIS INCLUDES VEHICLES & ALL MERCHANDISE).

On-site Registration

  • 1. Arriving at the Market & Registering

    If you did not pre-register online, on-site registration for the market begins at 1:00 PM on Saturday of the market weekend. If you arrive prior to 1:00 PM you MUST wait in the northeast lot of the college off of Gear Avenue. NO ONE IS ALLOWED ON THE GROUND PRIOR TO 1:00 PM.

  • 2. Registering On-Site

    There will be an attendant in the north lot from 1:00 PM until approximately 1:30 PM to take your registration. Any time after they have left the lot then proceed to the vendor registration at the white canopy next to the concession stand. The attendant will work with you to determine the right sized space for you and assign the next available spot meeting your requirements. Click here to see the information you NEED to register.

  • 3. Setting Up Your Booth
