Vendor Registration & Setup Step-by-Step

Pre-Registration
  • Reserve your spot
    • Once you have found the spot you want just click add to cart. You can sign up for the same spot multiple months – all you have to do is click on the map for the dates you want. You can only have the space in your cart for 20 minutes before it is automatically removed.
      • While the space is in your cart it is unavailable to anyone else – and will show on the map as a different color.
    • If you wish to become an annual vendor please contact us by emailing us at info@westburlingtonfleamarket.com and we can get the process started.
  • Payment Information
    • Once you have chosen your spotĀ and added it to your cart you can click the check – out here at the top of the screen.
      • When you go to check out – the first time – it will ask you to create a profile. This profile has the Registration form built in. You only have to do this step once. Your information will be saved for future reservations
        • With your profile completed please proceed to the checkout where it will ask you for your payment information.
  • Payment Confirmation
    • Once your payment has been received you will have an invoice sent to your email – if you do not receive it within an hour please check your spam folder – Within this invoice, there will be a line that says ‘click here’ for e-ticket. This will be your pass to enter and your proof of payment.
      • There will be a separate e-ticket for each show. If you need to you can login to your profile and view your orders – there will be links to your e-tickets.
      • You may print out your tickets for each show or display them on your phone at the market.
  • Arriving at the Market
    • Vendor Setup begins at 1:00 pm on the Saturday of the market weekend. If you arrive prior to 1:00 pm you MUST wait in the Northeast lot of the college off of Gear Ave. NO ONE IS ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS PRIOR TO 1:00 PM.
      • A member of the staff will notify you when you are allowed to enter.
  • Entering the Market
    • After 1:00 pm if you have a paid spot you may proceed to your reserved spot or spots and begin setting up your booth.
      • If you have any questions there will be members of staff at the concession stand.
  • Setting up your Booth
    • Once you have entered you can proceed to your reserved space – if you have problems finding it please ask a member of the staff and they can show you where you will be.
      • Your space is clearly marked with a red and white placard with your booth number.
      • Please make sure to only set up within the boundaries of your reserved space – this includes vehicles and all merchandise.
        • If you do not have the space for your vehicle it will need to be parked elsewhere – you can ask the staff where the best location would be for you.
On-Site Registration
  • Arriving at the Market
    • If you did not pre-register online, on-site registration for the market begins at 1:00 PM on Saturday of the market weekend. If you arrive prior to 1:00 PM you MUST wait in the northeast lot of the college off of Gear Avenue. NO ONE IS ALLOWED ON THE GROUND PRIOR TO 1:00 PM.
  • Registering On-Site
    • There will be an attendant in the North lot from 1:00pm to approximately 1:30pm to take your registration. Anytime after they have left please proceed to the vendor registration booth under the white canopy next to the concession stand.
    • The attendant will help you determine the right size space for you and will assign the next available spot meeting your requirements.
    • On-site registration can be done at any time after 1:00pm the Saturday of the market weekend – all the way through the day of the market – we would recommend if you come in on Sunday to come early (around 5:00am to 6:00am) so that you have the time to register and to set up before the shoppers come in.
    • NO VENDOR IS PERMITTED TO SET-UP UNTIL THE REGISTRATION IS PAID – PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE ANY SET-UP IS ALLOWED.
  • Setting up your Booth
